Well, you're spoilt for choice in the city of light, as its attractions are seemingly endless, with something on offer for everyone.

No trip to the French capital is truly complete without a trip to the Eiffel Tower , with unbeatable views on top of one of the world's most iconic structures, a visit will not fail to disappoint.

The majority of the delights of Paris are to be found in its street life and along the banks and bridges of the River Seine. Very few cities in the world can compete with the cafes, bars and restaurants that line every street and boulevard, and what's more, the city's compactness makes it possible to experience the individual feel of the different quartiers.
You can move easily, even on foot, from the calm atmosphere of Montmartre and parts of the Quartier Latin to the busy commercial centres of the Bourse and Opera-Garnier or the aristocratic mansions and nightlife centre, the Marais.

Whilst it seems Paris may be very much a city of streets and buildings, its green space redeems it with unexpected havens like the Parc Andre Citroen and the place des Vosges, and courtyards of grand houses like the Hutel de Sully. The gravelled paths and formal beauty of the Jardin des Tuileries create the backdrop for the ultimate in Parisian Sunday promenades, while the islands and quaysides of the Left and Right Banks of the River Seine and the Quartier Latin's two splendid parks, the Luxembourg and the Jardin des Plantes, provide for what will no doubt be a much needed peaceful wander.

Paris's architectural wonder very much lies within elegant streets and boulevards, as well as great set pieces such as the Louvre, Pantheon and Arc de Triomphe, but the last hundred years or so has seen iconic structures scattering the city, such as the unmissable industrial chic of the Eiffel Tower and Pompidou Centre, and the glassy peacefulness of the Louvre Pyramide and Institut du Monde Arabe.

Paris is remarkable, too, for its museums as there are over 150 of them! Ranging from giants of the art world such as the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay and Pompidou Centre to lesser-known gems like the Picasso, Rodin and Jewish museums. Contemporary wonders can be found in the ever unpredictable Palais de Tokyo, or amongst the little streets around the Jardin du Luxembourg.

What's more, Paris is a city of world famous entertainment, whether it be street performances, theatre, opera or cinema, all tastes are catered for.

Paris is also home to an array of markets, with each district specialising in different produce or wares, and you are sure to pick up something unique.

This uniqueness will characterise your stay ahead for Paris truly is a city like no other!
